Lunch at Moagem - Bistro Vegetariano, Aljezur

Moagem is an old flour mill in the old part of Aljezur and it is now a cultural centre and vegan bistro.

We discovered the bistro when we cycled the Rota Vicentina. We stayed 2 nights in Aljezur to avoid some stormy weather and could not resist going there for our lunches and afternoon sweets.

Sao Lourenco

Guided walk Atlantic coast, Casais Sao Lourenco, Portugal

Friends of us organised a Yoga and Raw Chocolate retreat in Casais Sao Lourenco, near Ericeira. As part of the package, we did an organised walk along the coast. While this is something we would never book, this walk was a real surprise as we walked areas where you otherwise would not go and the explanation about the nature was really good.

This area around Ericeira is well known by surfers as it seems to have some fantastic waves.
