No new plans for the next 6 to 9 months.
Last week, we went skiing in the Austrian Alps at Obergurgl. The slopes were fantastic and the weather was even better. We had a great time except for the last half hour when Linda had a ski accident and was repatriated to Belgium by ambulance. First medical examinations show a sprained medial collateral ligament and torn anterior cruciate ligament.
When the swelling reduces, surgery will be done, followed by several months of revalidation.
The good news is that cycling is very good as a revalidation exercise and specialists are confident that she will be able to ski again.
